Marchewka of Kane sells 26-unit complex
Tom and Elizabeth Robinson have purchased a 26-unit student housing complex at 5 Dennison Rd. from the Marcia I. Nescot Revocable Trust who developed the property in 1947.
Bob Marchewka of The Kane Company represented the seller. Lee Ann Parks of Re/Max All Points Realty represented the buyer.
