Dieker of CB Richard Ellis/New England represents Hutton Partners in $995,000 purchase

CB Richard Ellis/New England, a joint venture partner with CB Richard Ellis, has facilitated the sale of a 6.41 acre parcel. The parcel, located at the junction of White Mountain Highway (Rte. 16) and Suncook Valley Rd. (Route 28), was sold for $995,000. CBRE's Roger Dieker, managing broker of the CBRE Manchester office, represented the buyer, Hutton Partners, LLC of Chattanooga, Tenn. The seller, Monja Von Maxey, was represented by Ted Bateman of Exit Realty. The 6.41 acre parcel will be the home of a new 35,000 s/f retail center featuring Tractor Supply and Family Dollar as primary anchors. "We are very happy to bring Tractor Supply and Family Dollar to this central New Hampshire location. The attractiveness of this busy intersection gave both the tenants and the developer the confidence needed to proceed with this project in light of the current economic downturn," said Dieker. The 6.41 acre is situated at the crossroads of Ossipee's most heavily traveled routes and claims average daily traffic volumes of approximately 8,100 vehicles. Additional retailers in the vicinity include RiteAid Pharmacy and Ocean State Job Lot.
