Farmington, CT The industrial property located at 145 Hyde Rd. has been sold to 145 Hyde Road, LLC for $1.9 million. The site features a 30,829 s/f industrial building situated on 6.47 acres of land. Christian Dietz of Colliers International was the sole broker in the transaction.
