Triglione and Bartley of Nordlund Associates complete $4.58 million sale and leaseback
Wilmington, MA Anthony Triglione and Rick Bartley, of Nordlund Associates collaborated in the sale of 16 Upton Dr., Unit 5. The 18,000 s/f industrial condominium was tenanted by Por-Shun, Inc. a well-established dairy distribution business (since 1974), who executed a long-term lease. The buyer, Archelon Properties, LLC took advantage of a 1031 Exchange and paid $4.58 million ($254 per s/f) for the property.
