Dimeo Construction Co. welcomes fourth generation Blakely Dimeo as business development manager

Blakely Dimeo

Providence, RI Dimeo Construction Company, one of New England’s leading construction management firms, has appointed Blakely Dimeo as business development manager. The appointment marks a historic milestone, as the fourth generation of the Dimeo family to join the company.

“Bringing Blakely on board isn’t just about the next generation of family leadership,” said Stephen Rutledge, president and chief executive officer. “It is also introducing a forward-thinking perspective to build upon the legacy of the organization, which will be critical in these rapidly evolving times for the construction industry.”

Operating across the office network in Boston, Providence, and New Haven, Dimeo will help oversee the company’s regional business development initiatives and strategic progress.

In her new role, Dimeo will focus on identifying emerging market opportunities and building long-term institutional relationships across the commercial, healthcare, life sciences, and higher education sectors. She will play a central role in aligning the company’s capabilities to meet the evolving, tech-driven demands of construction and sustainable development across New England.

Prior to her business development role, Dimeo built a well-established foundation in organizational strategy and regional market dynamics. She earned her high school diploma from Brooks School and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Trinity College in 2022.
