North Branch Construction completes 10,000 s/f addition to Kentek Corp.

Boscawen, NH North Branch Construction has completed a new 10,000 s/f addition for Kentek Corp. at its facility. The project expands Kentek’s operational footprint and provides additional space to support the company’s continued growth in manufacturing and distribution.

The newly constructed addition is a single-story, slab-on-grade, wood-framed facility designed to accommodate both manufacturing and warehousing operations. The expanded space will enable Kentek Corp. to increase production capacity, improve workflow efficiencies, and better serve the needs of its customers.

In addition to the building construction, the project included significant site development work to support the expansion. North Branch Construction completed all associated sitework, including excavation and backfill for foundations, installation of underslab piping, construction of new paved parking areas, and the installation of a new septic system to support the facility’s  operational demands.

“We are proud to have partnered with Kentek Corp. on this important expansion project,” said president Joseph Campbell of North Branch Construction.

Throughout the project, North Branch Construction focused on maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and collaboration while ensuring work progressed efficiently and with minimal disruption to Kentek’s ongoing operations.

Architectural design was provided by Lauer Architects of Goffstown. Civil and structural engineering services were provided by Hoyle, Tanner & Associates of Manchester.
