The firm specializes in the planning and execution of complex building projects for a diverse range of clients. Since 2009, BW Kennedy has established itself at the forefront of the life sciences sector, assisting life science companies and the real estate development market in achieving their goals. Our project types range from renovations and tenant improvements to large-scale full building renovations to new ground-up construction.
