Diversified Project Management adds three new project managers

Diversified Project Management (DPM), one of New England's premier owner's representative firms providing programming, project management, construction administration, FF&E coordination and move-planning services, have added Liz Dalton, NCIDQ, Carlos Lopez and Julia Driesch to its project management staff. Dalton joins DPM as a full time project manager after several months working on a number of projects on a consulting basis. She previously worked as a designer and project manager with local architectural firms Cubellis Associates and Packard Design. Her focus has been on interiors planning & design, construction & project management and FF&E specification/coordination for corporate, retail, municipal and assisted living spaces. Lopez has also joined DPM as a project manager. Lopez's career spans several design firms, as well as the Federal Reserve and Fidelity Investments, managing all phases of project deliverables including site due diligence/selection, review of leasing documents, space planning, design supervision, schedule and budget management, construction supervision, corporate services management, FF&E coordination and move management for corporate and retail spaces. Driesch has been hired as an assistant project manager. Driesch comes to DPM from Wentworth University with a BS in Facilities Planning and Management. She completed her co-op with Harvard Law School and has previously held positions with two local contractors.
