DMG Brokerage finalizes $5.5 million sale of 100 Energy Dr.
Canton, MA DMG Brokerage sold 100 Energy Dr. on December 17th. The property sold for $5.5 million. DMG Brokerage built a successful marketing campaign and procured multiple buyers. The building is 32,000 s/f on 20 acres. DMG Brokerage ended up selling the property to Capital Hall Partners.
