North Conway, NH The Dolben Company, Inc., in partnership with Belmont Capital, continues work on its latest development, Riverline North Conway, a 228-unit luxury apartment community located on a 13.2-acre site along the Saco River. Construction commenced in May 2025 and is expected to span 24 months. The first units are anticipated to be delivered in Q2 2026, with project stabilization projected for 2027.

The team assembled to bring this project to life includes The Dolben Company and Belmont Capital as the sponsor/developer, DEW Construction as the general contractor, Gate 17 Architecture as the project architect, Horizons Engineering as the civil engineer, and S.W. Cole Engineering as the geotechnical engineer. Financing is being provided by Wells Fargo.

Approved by the Town of Conway Planning Board in August 2023, the Riverline North Conway site plan includes eight residential buildings – five 24-unit and three 36-unit three-story walk-up structures – along with a 5,672 s/f clubhouse, three garage buildings, and a maintenance facility. The buildings will span 275,000 gross s/f and feature a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartment homes.

Residences will include finishes such as quartz countertops, vinyl plank flooring, stainless steel appliances, full-size washers and dryers, LED lighting, and custom cabinetry. Select units will also offer private balconies or patios.

Planned community amenities include a fitness center, resident lounge and café, conference rooms, leasing office, package room, outdoor swimming pool, grilling stations, dining patio, fire pits, dog park, and a dog spa. Garage and surface lot parking will be available for residents.

Located off White Mountain Hwy. and adjacent to Northway Plaza – a 78,000 s/f shopping center – Riverline offers access to grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, pharmacy services, and a wide range of retail options. The community is also close to world-class ski resorts such as Cranmore, Attitash, and Wildcat, as well as hiking, mountain biking, and water activities on the Saco River.

Located in the White Mountains, the town is a destination known for its four-season recreation and charming village atmosphere. With no state sales tax in New Hampshire, and a thriving tourism and retail economy, the town offers residents a unique blend of natural beauty, small-town community, and modern conveniences.
