Domoretsky joins CBRE as vice president

Boston, MA According to CBRE, Don Domoretsky has joined the firm as an executive vice president in its industry-leading life sciences consulting group. Domoretsky will join John Varholak and Eric Smith and the balance of CBRE’s life sciences team in representing both occupiers and investors with a focus on leasing laboratory, GMP-manufacturing, and office space.

“Don brings a wealth of life sciences knowledge through his more than 20 years of industry experience spanning from leasing, transaction management, project-development and operational consulting,” said Michael Affronti, executive managing director of CBRE Greater Boston. “Don’s exceptional reputation and client-first work ethic have led to an incredibly successful roster of clients in both the occupier and investor business.”

Domoretsky was most recently at Jones Lang LaSalle, where he served as a Senior Managing Director in Boston. Throughout his more than 20-year career, Don has arranged over eight million square feet of life sciences real estate transactions. He has represented many prominent occupiers including Arrakis Therapeutics, Synlogic Therapeutics, Celgene, MISPRO Biotech, and Cerevel Therapeutics, among others. On the landlord side, clients include King Street Properties, Related Companies, Alexandria Real Estate Equities, and FM Global.

Domoretsky was awarded JLL’s “Top Gun” Achievement Award in 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021, and has also been a nominee for CBA’s Life Science Deal of the Year Award for the past five years.

Domoretsky holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Bentley University.
