Angel Commercial represents Wu Dang Kung Fu Academy in 6,600 s/f lease

Milford, CT According to commercial real estate firm Angel Commercial, LLC, Wu Dang Kung Fu Academy has executed a long-term lease for 6,600 s/f at 49 Research Dr., bringing the building’s occupancy to 100%. The landlord is D’Amato Investments LLC.

Established in 2007, the Wu Dang Kung Fu Academy offers Kung Fu lessons, an afterschool program, and a summer camp for children. They will be relocating from 518 Boston Post Rd. in Orange, Conn.

“We had many parties interested in this space,” said Jon Angel, president of Angel Commercial, the sole broker in this transaction. “Industrial flex space is currently in high demand and scarce supply in Fairfield County.”

49 Research Dr. is a 23,000 s/f multi-tenanted handicap accessible building with central air-conditioning on 2.12 acres, street signage, and 40 shared parking spaces. Other tenants in this building include Pro Batter Sports, Anixter, and Shannon Auctioneers.
