Dowling joins The Wilder Companies as senior vice president, leasing

Boston, MA The Wilder Companies, the national retail real estate leasing, management, and development firm has welcomed Kerry Dowling in the newly created position of senior vice president, leasing.

Dowling is well known for her work as vice president of leasing at WS Development where she spent 22 years leasing multiple property types throughout New England, as well as supervising a seven-member leasing team. 

At Wilder, Dowling will be in the forefront of leading leasing strategy, merchandise mix recommendations, and executing lease deals on properties throughout the Wilder portfolio. To ensure Wilder centers are positioned for future growth in today’s changing retail climate she will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement repositioning plans for select centers’ retail and non-retail uses.
