Doyle and Hoban of Haynes Management complete 9,610 s/f in office leases

Vida Doyle and Michael Hoban of Haynes Management, Inc. represented the landlords, Wellesley/Cedar Street LLC and Haynes Management Inc., in two leases totaling 9,610 s/f to fully lease up two buildings, one at 110 Cedar St. and one at 47 River St. 110 Cedar St. is a three-story, 30,000 s/f multi-tenant office building situated close to the junction of Rte. 128 and Rte. 9. The building offers quick access to the Mass Turnpike and other major highways west of Boston. Amenities and shops are a short drive up Cedar St. 47 River St. is a cluster of three small, two-story office buildings situated on the Wellesley-Newton town line and close to the intersection of Rte. 16 and Rte. 128. Amenities and shops are just around the corner and many of the complex's windows provide views of the Charles River. Moving into 110 Cedar St. is ClearView Audio who were represented by Mike Shreve of T3 Advisors. Clear-View is an entrepreneurial company led by a team of innovative designers and engineers, steeped in Boston's heritage of making acclaimed acoustic speakers. Stefan Bokamper, CEO of ClearView said, "We are delighted to be locating to 110 Cedar St. in Wellesley Hills. One of the new businesses moving into 47 River St. is Dr. Morgan who will be operating a sports and orthopedic therapy practice. Dr. Morgan combines a deep understanding of human functional biomechanics with excellent diagnostic skills and a unique combination of manual and movement based corrective therapies. Dr. Morgan has 20 years of clinical experience, and has worked with people from all walks of life, including countless youth, recreational and professional athletes. Haynes Management Inc. is a Wellesley-based real estate management, leasing and development company that spe-cializes in commercial office properties in the western suburbs of Boston.
