Doyle, Lowe and Harvey of Cresa Boston broker 11,826 s/f lease

Joe Doyle, Rick Lowe, and Matt Harvey of Cresa Boston recently represented Melick & Porter, LLP in a 11,826 s/f office lease and relocation of its headquarters to One Liberty Sq. in the city's Financial District. Melick & Porter will occupy the entire seventh floor of the 13-story, 157,467 s/f standalone office building. Kari Forgione and Barry Dubé of Cresa Boston will oversee project management activities preceding the firm's move in March from 28 State St. The building, which was originally built in 1926 and renovated in 1981, is designated by the Boston Landmarks Commission as having "major significance." Its two-story lobby features marble walls and floors, sculptured plaster ceiling, and two bronze chandeliers. According to Doyle, the company's lease was expiring, and it was attracted to the building's convenient location and boutique charm. The landlord, Invesco, was represented by Tom Ashe, Justin Dziama, and Michael Joyce of Richards Barry Joyce & Partners, LLC.
