Beals + Thomas adds new office at Intelligent Office

Intelligent Office, the region's fastest growing virtual, and professionally staffed office space for mobile executives, small businesses, professional services firms, and independent contractors, has added Beals + Thomas as a new tenant. Beals + Thomas is a multidisciplinary firm that provides engineering, design, planning, environmental and surveying services to support the development and conservation of land and water resources. Beals + Thomas has offices in Southborough and Plymouth and now in the city where they have a satellite office within Intelligent Office. The services provided by Intelligent Office have enabled Beals + Thomas, a 35 person firm, to have a presence in the Financial District to better service their clients. "Beals + Thomas has experienced significant growth from downtown Boston clientele. To accommodate our new client base, we decided to establish a permanent as-needed office in downtown Boston" said executive vice president Richard Kosian. "With Intelligent Office, we have affordable, convenient on-demand office resources available to our personnel when serving our downtown clients." We are happy to facilitate the growth of Beals + Thomas in the downtown Boston area as they expand their clientele in the region" said Wes Walker, president of Intelligent Office. Beals + Thomas has been providing civil engineering and other professional services for several on-going and recently completed construction projects within the area including NorthPoint in Cambridge, Boston and Somerville; One North of Boston in Chelsea; Arlington 360 in Arlington; and Alta at the Estate in Watertown. Beals + Thomas is located within Intelligent Office at 265 Franklin St. in the city's Financial District.
