Doyle of Haynes Management Inc. represents owner in 5,500 s/f retail lease

Haynes Management, Inc. has recently leased the 5,500 s/f in the retail building at 284 Washington St. to First Republic Bank. 284 Washington St. is a one story, 5,500 s/f building at the corner of Washington and Eaton Court. First Republic Bank will occupy the entire building after a remodel. The owner of the property, The George A. Haynes 1969 Trust, was represented by Vida Doyle of Haynes Management. 284 Washington St. is one of 48 commercial properties developed and managed by Haynes Management, 30 of which are located in Wellesley. Haynes Management Inc. is a Real Estate Management and Development Company that specializes in office and commercial properties in the western suburbs of Boston, Massachusetts and in New Hampshire. From their corporate office in Wellesley Hills, Massachusetts, they manage forty eight commercial properties both retail and office that total over one million square feet of commercial space. Most of their properties have been designed to accommodate the small to medium size retail and office tenant who requires 1,000 square feet to 10,000 square feet. Within Haynes' portfolio, they service over 480 retail and office tenants and are dedicated to providing the best service possible in order to maintain long-term business relationships with their tenants.
