New Haven, CT According to Barbara Pearce, CEO and chair of Pearce Real Estate, Janice Dreier has been named Rookie of the Year for 2018.

“Janice’s ability to join a premier real estate organization like ours and reach such great success so early in her career is truly impressive,” said Pearce. “She has all the strengths of a highly successful agent and we know Janice will have a great future in real estate.”

Dreier’s career includes leadership experience in the non-profit sector. She founded and led the volunteer center at a university and served as regional manager for the American Red Cross Blood Services in Washington, D.C. She is an active community volunteer and has served as president of the PTA and as a Girl Scout troop leader.
