DTZ FHO Partners arranges sale of 121,287 s/f bldg. for $4.3 million

Accorsing to DTZ FHO Partners, Autopart Realty Trust is selling a 121,287 s/f warehouse located at 1205 Providence Highway, to Charles River Apparel for $4.3 million. Charles River Apparel, a performance outerwear manufacturer, will relocate from its Medford facilities to occupy the 1205 Providence Highway building this year. The 1205 Providence Highway structure contains more than 100,000 s/f of warehouse space and 20,000 s/f of office space. The property features a 22-foot clear height, 20 loading docks, one drive-in bay, and a parking area with 144 spaces. The building was originally constructed in 1971 and expanded in 1980, 1985 and 2000. Partners Tom Kent and Sean Teague along with senior associate Leeanne Rizzo of DTZ FHO represented Autopart Realty and Warren Brown of Boston Commercial represented Charles River Apparel.
