DTZ FHO Partners arranges sale of 121,287 s/f bldg. for $4.3 million

Accorsing to DTZ FHO Partners, Autopart Realty Trust is selling a 121,287 s/f warehouse located at 1205 Providence Highway, to Charles River Apparel for $4.3 million. Charles River Apparel, a performance outerwear manufacturer, will relocate from its Medford facilities to occupy the 1205 Providence Highway building this year. The 1205 Providence Highway structure contains more than 100,000 s/f of warehouse space and 20,000 s/f of office space. The property features a 22-foot clear height, 20 loading docks, one drive-in bay, and a parking area with 144 spaces. The building was originally constructed in 1971 and expanded in 1980, 1985 and 2000.
