Flynn Construction breaks ground on Kincaid Auto facility

Flynn Construction Corp. has begun construction of the new facility for Kincaid Auto on Rte. 13 south. A ground breaking ceremony was held on site January 21st.
The new 8,500 s/f steel and masonry facility will house Kincaid's equipment and add to their already excellent reputation for quality work.
Arthur Rose, PE is the engineer on the project. The construction cost for the project is $620,000.
The new equipment and processes will be as "green" as possible to conform with today's standards of clean environmental practices. An early summer completion is expected.
