According to DTZ FHO Partners, William Foley has been promoted to senior vice president.
As senior vice president, Foley will utilize his 12 years of industry experience to assist corporate clients in developing and executing real estate strategies in the downtown Boston market. Foley will also continue to execute leases for office space and generate new business leads for the firm's Corporate Advisory Services Group.
"Will's extensive industry knowledge coupled with his strong work ethic and dedication to our firm has earned him this well-deserved promotion," said Joe Fallon, managing partner for DTZ FHO Partners.  "His experience in the marketplace will help DTZ FHO Partners continue to meet the growing demand of our clients for our services."
Foley began his real estate career in 1996 as a broker in the Downtown Boston and has served as vice president with the DTZ FHO Partners team since 1998, when the firm first acted as the Boston office of Trammell Crow Co. and then later became FHO Partners.  He is also a licensed Mass. real estate broker and received the Commercial Brokers Association's Platinum Level Award, which recognizes brokers who complete more than $25 million in real estate transactions.
Before starting his career in real estate, Foley was a basketball player for Boston College and played professionally in Europe as well as with the Washington Generals, the opposing team of the Harlem Globetrotters.
Foley graduated from BC in 1991 with a B.A. degree.  He volunteers his time as a mentor at Dearborn Middle School in Roxbury, Mass.
