Jeffrey Dunne, Christopher Leonard and Matthew Innes of CB Richard Ellis' New York Institutional Group collaborated with Michael Stone of CBRE's Hartford office to represent 1248 Westgate Associates LP, an entity controlled by Capital Properties, in the $19.1 million sale of Westgate Apartments. The team was also involved in securing the buyer, Solomon Organization, which acquired the residential complex via the limited liability company, Westgate Apartments, LLC.
