Dunne, Leonard, Innes of CBRE broker $19.1m sale of Westgate Apts.

Jeffrey Dunne, Christopher Leonard and Matthew Innes of CB Richard Ellis' New York Institutional Group collaborated with Michael Stone of CBRE's Hartford office to represent 1248 Westgate Associates LP, an entity controlled by Capital Properties, in the $19.1 million sale of Westgate Apartments. The team was also involved in securing the buyer, Solomon Organization, which acquired the residential complex via the limited liability company, Westgate Apartments, LLC. Westgate Apartments, a 174-unit garden style apartment complex located on Farmington Ave., is situated in the prestigious West of Mountain Rd. section of West Hartford. The property is located adjacent to a CVS Pharmacy, a Stop & Shop and the West Hartford Reservoir. Downtown West Hartford, a bustling epicenter with fine restaurants, cultural entertainment and nightlife, is less than 1.5 miles away, and the town is endowed with access to downtown Hartford and some of the best public schools in Connecticut.
