Durand, Epstein and Horan of M&G reps Housing Partnership Network in 5,400 s/f lease; Heller and Krein of Jones Lang LaSalle assist landlord

The Housing Partnership Network has executed a lease to expand its premises to 5,400 s/f at 160 State St. Senior vice president Francis Durand, vice president Lawrence Epstein and associate Helene Horan of Meredith & Grew's Boston brokerage group represented Housing Partnership Network. Vice president Ben Heller and associate Broker Katharine Krein of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the landlord, Northland Investment Corporation.  Built in 1921 and renovated in 1982, 160 State Street is a 10-story, 26,671-square-foot office building located adjacent to Faneuil Hall in downtown Boston.
