Moskowitz of Heritage leases 5,000 s/f

Steven Moskowitz of Heritage Corp., Newton, has leased 5,000 s/f of storage space at 194 Newton St. The lessee, Natialia Marketing Corp., needed the additional storage. The 19,500 s/f property is now fully leased to several companies. Moskowitz represented lessor Frank Donato and Charles Patsios of Century 21 West Realty co-brokered for the tenant.
