Durgin of Conway Commercial brokers sale of 3,900 s/f former bank branch

68 East Grove Street - Middleboro, MA

Middleboro, MA Paul Durgin, vice president of Conway Commercial, brokered the sale of 68 East Grove St., for $795,000.

The property, a former Harbor One Bank branch, contains 3,900 s/f, and is situated on 1.7 acres. Consistent with a typical bank branch it also included a two-lane drive thru.

Durgin represented the seller, Banca LLC and procured the buyer, Prada Hotels, LLC. The buyer, owner of multiple hotels on the East Coast, plans to relocate their headquarters to the new location.

Conway Commercial was established in 1956 as a division of Jack Conway & Company, Inc.
