Paul Durgin, vice president of Conway Commercial, recently brokered the sale of the Rte. 3 Industrial Park for $19 million. This deal is the largest in the 58-year history of Jack Conway & Company, Inc.

The park, located on Finnell Dr., and less than a mile from the Rte. 3 and Rte.18 interchange, consists of five buildings totaling approximately 250,000 s/f, along with a cell tower and is situated on 25 acres.
Built, managed, and very well maintained by the Finnell Family for more than 40 years, the park has been consistently close to full occupancy with businesses ranging from high tech, manufacturing, office, warehousing, and distribution centers.
Durgin represented the seller, The Finnell Company, LLC and procured the buyer, RPI Capital Management LLC.
