R.W. Holmes Realty Co., Inc. leased 37,000 s/f of first class flex space for both Delta T Distributors and Rypos Inc. at the Kenwood Industrial Park. Delta T Distributors leased 17,100 s/f while Rypos Inc. leased 20,000 s/f.
Delta T Distributors provides energy efficient heating and cooling systems for commercial and residential use. The company offers geothermal and solar energy solutions as well as hydronics, distribution services, and sheet metal manufacturing.
Rypos Inc. manufactures advanced diesel emission control systems.
