Dutt of The Southpoint Group leases 3,216 s/f
Janette Dutt, The Southpoint GroupWestport, CT The Southpoint Group, a commercial real estate firm located in Norwalk, negotiated a long term lease for 3,216 s/f of office space on the 2nd floor of 251 Riverside Ave.
GTherm, Inc. and its subsidiaries are making The Anchorage their new home. Janette Dutt of the Southpoint Group represented the landlord and William Montague of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.
