Eastport awarded property management at 41-55 North Rd.

Bedford, MA Eastport Real Estate Services has been awarded the property management assignment for a medical office property located at 41-55 North Rd. Also known as the Emerson Place at Bedford, this property is anchored by Emerson Hospital and Chestnut Dental and contains first class medical, dental, and office suites. 

Eastport will provide day-to-day property management, accounting, financial reporting, maintenance, construction management and brokerage coordination. Eastport’s focus will be to maximize value at this location, diligently maintain property conditions and cultivate tenant relationships.

Eastport is excited to add Emerson Place at Bedford to its’ portfolio of medical office buildings in Greater Boston. Debra Marazzo said, “I am really looking forward to creating great relationships with ownership and tenants and to cultivate an overall strong work environment.” 

Located within three miles of Rte. 128, Emerson Place at Bedford is a 39,600 s/f building.
