Eastport Real Estate facilitates acquisition of N.E. Business Center for Andover MCB for $32 million

Andover, MA Eastport Real Estate Services has sourced and coordinated the acquisition of the New England Business Center on behalf of Andover MCB, LLC. 

This $32 million purchase is the first acquisition for Andover MCB.  At the time of purchase, the 245,000 s/f office park was 95% leased.  Located on 33.2 acres, the park is situated along the Merrimack River at the intersection of I-93 and River Rd. 

In addition to sourcing the acquisition, Eastport will handle the asset management function as well as leasing coordination, day to day management, maintenance, construction and financial reporting and accounting.
