Eastport Real Estate Services handles general contracting job at Service Express

Hopkinton, MA Debra Marazzo, portfolio manager for Eastport Real Estate Services, spearheaded a general contracting job at Service Express, a computer support and services company.

Eastport was referred to Service Express through Martel HVAC, who services the office building. Eastport prepared a proposal for the scope of services and contracted Original Contracting to complete the build-out. Service Express’ decision to hire Eastport for the job confirmed the reliability of timely and high-quality work that Eastport executes.

“With the growth of the sales and support team in our Boston office, a remodel was imperative to accommodate the influx of staff in our current space,” said Service Express director of facilities Rachel Jansheski. “Working with Eastport Real Estate Services has allowed us to better utilize the square footage available to us within our suite and has allowed for our IT team to install a zoom room for our Boston team to use.”

Eastport and Original Contracting built three new offices, re-worked the conference room, replaced all carpeting and painted throughout the suite. Service Express was pleased with Marazzo’s management of the completed project. Marazzo was also happy with how the construction turned out and said, “We are thankful for the opportunity to help Service Express reconfigure their space to accommodate the growth of their office.”
