Eckman Construction finalizes 68,000 s/f Residence at Silver Sq.
Dover, NH The Residence at Silver Sq., a new senior living community, has been completed by Eckman Construction. The 68,000 s/f, 76-unit residence developed by LCB Senior Living, which was completed ahead of schedule and within budget, will provide area seniors with a great new senior care and residential option for the New Hampshire Seacoast.
“The Residence at Silver Sq. is a great place for local-area seniors, and we are pleased to be able to deliver such a high-quality community,” said Preston Hunter, vice president at Eckman Construction. “LCB Senior Living continues to raise the standards of senior care, and we are very proud to put our name on this landmark project.”
Executive director of The Residence at Silver Sq., Matthew Connery, mentioned how excited he and his staff are to now welcome residents to this new community. “Our new community contains every amenity and resource imaginable, offering the highest quality experience to our new residents and their families,” said Connery. “From the moment they walk through our front door, our residents and guests can see that we’ve taken assisted living to a higher level. We can’t wait to share this experience with Dover and the surrounding communities.”
The Residence at Silver Sq. provides a mix of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, accompanied by first-class amenities and support services. Social spaces for residents include community and private dining, multiple sitting areas and lounges, a bistro, media room, salon, activity room and fitness center. The senior living community also has a Reflections Memory Care neighborhood, which provides support and care for residents with memory impairments, including Alzheimer’s disease. This wing not only features resident apartments but has its own dining room, lounge, living room, activity room and enclosed patio to make residents feel comfortable.
The new senior living community was designed by The Architectural Team.
This is the second project Eckman has built with LCB Senior Living and The Architectural Team, having completed The Residence at Salem Woods in Salem, NH in 2016.
