Edgar and Gamache of Kinlin Grover Commercial broker two sales totaling $689,000

On April 30, Kinlin Grover Commercial brokered the sale of two properties totaling $689,000. The property at 552 MacArthur Blvd., Rte. 28, a 1,900 s/f office building on one acre on Rte. 28 sold for $289,000. The Seller, KCN Realty Trust sold the four unit fully leased office property to the buyer, Brian Duffy. Ben Edgar of Kinlin Grover Commercial Group represented the seller, and Jeff Pontiff of Pontiff Realty, represented the buyer. The property at 1134 Rte. 28A, includes 22,788 s/f of land, improved with a 7,000 s/f commercial building sold for $400,000. George Gamache brokered the transaction on behalf of Kinlin Grover Commercial. The buyer was represented Kevin Leddy, Real Estate Associates. Kinlin Grover Commercial is a commercial real estate brokerage company specializing in commercial and investment properties in Southeastern Mass., with offices located in Mashpee, Orleans and Plymouth.
