Edwards of Arbor Commercial Mortgage arranges $905,500 loan
Arbor Commercial Funding, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Arbor Commercial Mortgage, LLC, recently funded a $905,500 loan under the Fannie Mae DUS Multifamily Affordable Housing product line for the 60-unit complex known as Mansfield Apartments.
The 10-year loan amortizes on a 25-year schedule and carries a note rate of 5.95%.
The loan was originated by John Edwards, vice president, in Arbor's full-service Boston lending office. "We were pleased to provide a low leverage loan to a repeat Arbor client," said Edwards.
