Tepper joins CB Richard Ellis as associate director for the GMM business

Matthew Tepper has joined CB Richard Ellis Investors, the global real estate investment management firm, as an associate director for the Global Multi Manager (GMM) business. Tepper will work for GMM managing director and head of the Americas Scott Brown with their investor client base and on portfolio management and new investment opportunities. Tepper comes to GMM Americas from Wachovia Securities where he was an associate in the Private Equity-Real Estate Investment Banking division, working on capital formation for real estate sponsors. Prior to that, Tepper served as a senior analyst with New England Pension Consultants, researching emerging alternative investment strategies and completing due diligence on indirect real estate investment opportunities. Formed in 2006, GMM invests in unlisted property funds, co-investments, club deals, and secondaries and manages $4.3 billion in real estate fund portfolios globally on behalf of separate account clients and GMM sponsored funds of funds.
