Elaine Construction Company promotes Leonard to vice president of preconstruction and planning

Newton, MA Elaine Construction Company has promoted Kris Leonard to vice president of preconstruction and planning. Leonard joined Elaine Construction in 2012 as director of preconstruction and estimating, bringing with him decade’s long experience working in construction management firms for institutional, cultural, and commercial clients, nationwide. During Leonard’s tenure at Elaine, he has grown the department in pace with company-wide expansion, refined operations, systematized processes and reporting tools, and implemented best practices in conceptual estimating, planning and client communications. As VP he will continue to oversee all estimating department operations and remain a valued member of the team.
