The Stubblebine Co. completes three deals - including $2.225m sale

12 Dunham Road - Billerica, MA

Billerica MA The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International has completed multiple deals that include the following:

• Micah Stubblebine, principal of The Stubblebine Co. represented the seller, AMA Realty Trust, in the sale of 12 Dunham Rd. for $2.225 million. David and James Stubblebine, also principals of the firm, represented the buyer, 12 Dunham Road LLC in the transaction. The buyer plans to fully upgrade the subject property. The Stubblebine Co. will serve as the leasing agent for the property.

31 High Street - Billerica, MA

• Zoll Medical has leased 65,000 s/f at 31 High St., owned by SRS Realty Trust. Ellen Garthoff, David and James Stubblebine from The Stubblebine Co. represented the Zoll Medical Group. The landlord was represented by David Corkery of CBRE. 31 High St. is located close to Rtes. 3 and 3A. The industrial warehouse features 12 loading docks on the 65,000 s/f building situated on 18 acres. 

9-11 Mear Road - Holbrook, MA

• The Stubblebine Co. also completed the lease of 98,250 s/f at 9-11 Mear Rd. in Holbrook to Northern Container Corp. Rob Burns with Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant. Chris Michniewicz, David and James Stubblebine of the Stubblebine Co. represented the landlord. In a separate transaction, The Stubblebine Co. represented the former and current owners and sold the asset for $5.05 million.
