Eliopoulos and Doyle of Colonial Properties broker four leases totaling 9,500 s/f

New Haven, CT Michael Richetelli, president/designated broker of Colonial Properties, Inc., said that the firm has completed four leases.

Kosta Eliopoulos, Realtor, represented the landlord, B&L Ramsdell, LLC, in the leasing of 2,200 s/f of industrial space at 149 Ramsdell St. to Adam Romo and Geoffrey Lyn for a three-year lease term.

 

 

Tom Doyle, broker, represented the landlord, York Business Center, LLC in the leasing of 1,800 s/f of retail space at 709-715 Campbell Ave., West Haven, to Munim Enterprises, LLC for a five-year lease term.

Doyle also represented the landlord, 925 Sherman, LLC in the leasing of two units at 925 Sherman Ave., Hamden. Unit #2, a 2,500 s/f warehouse space was leased to BMP Custom Prints, LLC for a term of three years. The second unit leased in the complex was unit #4, a 3,000 s/f warehouse space leased to IIumiyo, LLC for a three-year lease term.
