David Ellis of Conway Commercial recently brokered the lease of 3,500 s/f of space at the Dickinson Building on Rte. 18 in to Elerts Corp., a formerly Braintree-based technology firm that provides emergency notification software apps for smart phones.
"Elerts apps allow people to photograph accidents, fires, or other situations on their mobile phones and instantly send them to first responders," said Ellis, who represented both the landlord and the tenant in the transaction. "They provide a great service and now they have a great new space in which to expand their business."
Ed English, CEO of Elerts Corp., enjoyed working with Ellis and Conway on his lease transaction. "Dave was friendly, available, and thorough," said English. "He was able to work quickly and effectively as the go-between with the landlord to help us reach agreement on our new, fantastic office space right at the entrance to Southfield."
Conway Commercial was established in 1956 as a division of Jack Conway, Realtor.
