Kerrigan of Avison Young brokers 10,940 s/f lease for City Square Holdings

Avison Young has brokered a 10,940 s/f lease at 10 City Sq. Avison Young principal Jack Kerrigan represented the landlord, City Square Holdings, LLC. Ted Wheatley of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant, Six Red Marbles, LLC, on this 5 year lease renewal. Founded in 1996, Six Red Marbles is America's largest US-based development house for learning materials. They are dedicated to bringing the power of natural learning to every classroom, pre-K through adult. They have done work for major publishing clients like McGraw-Hill, Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, and Pearson. "Building ownership for 10 City Sq. is delighted that we were able to reach a win-win solution with Six Red Marbles," said Kerrigan. 10 City Sq. is a six-story 36,000 s/f building. Six Red Marbles now occupies 30% of 10 City Sq.
