Duxbury, MA Dave Ellis of Conway Commercial has brokered the $600,000 sale of a 2,500 s/f commercial condominium – formerly Cox Corner Pizza - at 1508 Tremont St. to Cadete Enterprises, which will convert the site to a Dunkin Donuts location.

Ellis represented the seller, E&D LLC, and procured the buyer. Seller Eric Limont was more than satisfied with the services he received from Ellis and Conway Commercial.

“I’ve worked with Dave over the last several years and always got the results I was looking for,” said Limont.

Buyer John Cadete of Dunkin Donuts has worked with Ellis to lease, sell and buy properties and would use him again whenever he needs a broker.
