New Bedford, MA According to Coastal Commercial Real Estate, it has completed a lease at 376 Nash Rd., a commercial warehouse building.
Michael Volpe, Coastal Commercial Real EstateThe 17,000 s/f refrigeration warehouse has two loading docks. The location will be used for processing and storing cranberries.
The lessor was, Ribeiro Real Estate, LLC and the lessee was Graystone Limited, LLC. Lease price and terms were undisclosed.
Michael Volpe of Coastal Commercial acted on behalf of the lessor and lessee.
