Ellis Realty Advisors transforms 4 Pond Park in Hingham into new HQ

Hingham, MA Ellis Realty Advisors, one of the fastest growing independent, full-service commercial real estate advisory firms in Massachusetts, has completed a major milestone as it establishes new headquarters at 4 Pond Park.

The office building was acquired in November 2025 and has since been reimagined by Ellis to reflect the firm’s vision as a hub for business collaboration on the South Shore. Beyond serving as the company’s headquarters, 4 Pond Park will serve as a business growth ecosystem for South Shore businesses, providing flexible workspace and gathering areas where companies and organizations can collaborate, meet, and grow. The South Shore Chamber of Commerce is one of the first tenants in the space, setting the tone for 4 Pond Park as a central gathering place for business in the region. The firm projects that the building will be fully built out and leased within nine months following the acquisition.

“We are excited to call 4 Pond Park our new home,” said Tim Cahill, president and CEO of the South Shore Chamber of Commerce. “We envision this being an innovative hub for the South Shore business community – one where our members, partners, and staff can gather to create and plan for the future. Located off Rte. 3 in Hingham, near the Derby Street Shops, we are well positioned to serve our members and write a strong next chapter for our chamber.”

Renovated in 2019, the property remained vacant due to COVID’s impact on the office landscape until Ellis Realty Advisors purchased it in 2025. Through their strategic partnership with Archway Construction, Ellis transformed 4 Pond Park with modern office layouts, interior design, and amenities to reflect the evolving needs of suburban office tenants.

The three-story building has been transformed into a contemporary workplace. Amenities include a 40-person boardroom, a fitness center, flexible office space, and a top-floor golf simulator. The result is a modern workplace environment designed to encourage employees to return to the office through thoughtful design and curated amenities. Additionally, the building is designed to help companies scale by offering space that allows businesses to plan for future growth. Key to that growth opportunity is proximity to regional decision makers in the South Shore Chamber of Commerce.

Through these improvements and active management, the space serves as a home and focal point to a growing community of organizations, and a real-world example of the value Ellis Realty Advisors creates as an owner, operator, and advisor. The project also illustrates the firm’s broader mission: bringing the right partners together to unlock value in underutilized real estate.

“Our vision was to create more than just an office building,” said Dave Ellis, founder of Ellis Realty Advisors. “We wanted to build an environment that supports innovation and growth for companies on the South Shore.”

The news around 4 Pond Park coincides with the unveiling of a new brand identity that better reflects the firm’s rapid growth and its commitment to a collaborative, full-service approach to commercial real estate that helps property owners create lasting value.

Rooted in the philosophy that advisors should “think like owners,” Ellis Realty Advisors provides integrated services spanning property brokerage, management, development, construction management, and capital advisory. The firm has experienced significant growth in recent years, expanding its team to 30+ employees and achieving more than 80% growth in gross revenue year-over-year.

“From the beginning, our goal has been to build a collaborative firm that delivers real strategic value to our clients,” Ellis said. “By bringing property management, construction management, leasing, and financial oversight together under one umbrella, we’re able to guide owners through every step of the process and help maximize the long-term value of their assets.”
