Avon, CT E.N.E. Realty Associates LLC has purchased 172 West Main St., a 10,318 s/f office building from Avonwood Enterprises LLC. This multi-tenant investment property is 100% occupied and the majority of the building is home to the residential and commercial offices of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England Properties whose agents Gayle Erickson and Bruce Cagenello, CCIM were the sole brokers in this transaction.
