The Dolben Company begins leasing at Rumney Flats, a 231-unit apartment development

Revere, MA The Dolben Company, Inc. has begun leasing at Rumney Flats. Rumney Flats is a 231-unit luxury apartment development located at 83, 93 and 103 Ward St. Construction began in October 2014, and the first residential units will be ready for occupancy this month. The project will be complete in July.

Rumney Flats is a transit-oriented development, with a nearby MBTA bus stop and easy access to U.S. Rte. 1 and Rtes 1A, 60, and 107. Travel time is less than 10 minutes to Logan Airport (4.2 miles) and 15 minutes to downtown Boston (5.5 miles), making Rumney Flats an ideal location for commuters. The community’s location also allows for convenient access to numerous retail shopping and dining opportunities.

Rumney Flats offers studio, one bedroom, one bedroom with den, and two bedroom apartment homes with modern designs and intuitive layouts. Interior details include nine foot ceilings, generously-sized windows, and high-end kitchens with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Many apartment homes also have views of the adjacent marshland. Community amenities include a club room, billiards room, and fitness center. Residents will be able to pay their rent online and submit service requests online via a resident portal.
