Andover, MA According to CBRE|New England, Enel Green Power North America, Inc. (EGP-NA) has selected Andover Landing at Brickstone for their new North American headquarters location. The lease was handled on behalf of KS Partners and Oaktree Capital.  EGP-NA, currently located at One Technology Dr., is a leading operator of more than 100 renewable energy plants in North America, with projects operating and under development in 22 U.S. states and two Canadian provinces. Their parent company, Enel Group, is a multinational power company headquartered in Rome, Italy.

“We are thrilled to find a location that embodies our company’s vision for an innovative and collaborative workspace,” said Rafael Gonzalez, head of Enel Green Power North America, Inc. “This new space will meet our company’s growing needs while also providing our employees with a modern, open, sustainable and smart work environment. We look forward to continuing our rapid growth both in our people and our presence across the U.S.”

EGP-NA operates 2.5 GW of installed renewable energy capacity produced across four technologies solar, wind, hydropower and geothermal. In Massachusetts, EGP-NA owns and operates four hydropower plants, including the 20.7 MW Boott Hydro plant in Lowell and the 14.3 MW Lawrence Hydro plant in Lawrence.

KS Partners and Oaktree have committed to several improvements for the property, spanning over one million s/f, which include specific changes catered to the needs of their newest tenant commitment. “We are very pleased that our significant investment in Andover Landing at Brickstone has led to welcoming the new Enel Green Power North America headquarters,” said Kambiz Shahbazi, president and founder of KS Partners. “Over the past 18 months we have transformed the park into a destination campus with amenities, modern finishes, and a vibrant environment to assist companies with recruiting and retaining talent. We wish EGP-NA great success in our business friendly environment and their new space.”

CBRE|NE’s Kerry Hawkins, Jason Levendusky and Jake Borden are the exclusive leasing agents for the park. JLL’s Brooks Murphy and Brian Morrissey represented EGP-NA.

“We are thrilled to have had the opportunity to work with KS Partners and Oaktree in securing EGP-NA as a new anchor tenant for the complex.
