Esposito joins STV|DPM as director of business development in Newton

Newton, MA STV|DPM has hired Kristina Esposito as director of business development. STV|DPM is part of STV, a national award-winning firm that provides a broad range of owner’s representative project management services.

Esposito will be working closely with clients to evaluate their real estate, design, construction and relocation needs and how STV|DPM can provide cost effective owner’s project management solutions. Esposito will work alongside Sandra Gucciardi, STV|DPM director of business development, to collaborate with the executive team to drive new business in the corporate, life science, healthcare and academic sectors.

Esposito comes to STV|DPM with 16 years of experience in the corporate interiors industry. She is a highly-respected business development professional and brings with her solid, established relationships in the architecture, design and real estate brokerage community as well as a strong end-user network. She is active in CoreNet Global’s New England chapter and served as co-chair and co-host of this year’s IIDA fashion show. 

In addition, Esposito is the co-founder of PLA! Group Boston (Professional Ladies Association), which has grown to more than 200 women in the AEC industry, focusing on networking, wellness, philanthropic, and educational events.
