According to NAI Hunneman, Peter Evans will join the company's leasing and advisory service team as executive vice president focusing on landlord and tenant representation in the downtown submarkets. Evans brings over 20 years of commercial real estate experience to his position at NAI Hunneman.

Prior to joining NAI Hunneman Evans was a principal with NPV Direct Invest in Boston managing the company's portfolio-wide leasing efforts. Evans has also served as a broker/principal of the Codman Company in Boston where he was responsible for managing landlord representation services for the company and as the director of leasing for The Archon Group where he was responsible for the successful lease up of the Mass. portfolio consisting of 22 properties totaling 2.8 million s/f.
