Danvers, MA Chris Everest and Kevin Olson of Nordlund Associates, Inc. and Kristen Karshis of Keller Williams negotiated the sale of 100 Conifer Hill Dr., a 9,192 s/f office building, situated in the Conifer Hill Executive Park. The building sold for $1.12 million. Nordlund represented the seller, Prova Inc. in the transaction.

The building will undergo updates and renovations for first class executive offices and will offer 1,150 to 6,000 s/f for lease.
