NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs broker $450,000 sale
Worcester, MA The property at 562 Lincoln St., adjacent to the Lincoln Plaza Shopping area, sold for $450,000. Michael Jacobs, principal at NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs, represented the seller, Anthony Realty Corp.
The 3,100 s/f former dental office on 30,000 s/f of land was purchased by Shamool, LLC. David Burwick, vice president at NAI Glickman, represented the buyer.
